If you are an independent retailer, we’d love you to nominate the card publishers and giftwrap suppliers you feel have excelled on the service front in the last year. Your nominations (which will remain incredibly confidential) will be added other retailers’ votes to arrive at the finalists for The Henries 2024 highly coveted Best Service to the Independent Retailer Award.

While the other categories champion the design prowess of publishers, this special award recognises the vital role of service.

Only independent greeting card retailers from right across the spectrum (eg card shops, gift shops, post offices, bookshops, garden centres etc) are able to participate in this important voting.

As ever, there will be three trophies for this award category – a Bronze, Silver and the ultimate Gold trophy.

The deadline for nominations for this specific category is Thursday 25 July 2024.

If you are a retailer, please nominate your ‘top three suppliers’ on the service front. To do so you first need to first register and create a password (it is very quick and easy). Once you have done this it will mean that you will be able to save your submission progress as well as go back and edit your nominations right up until the deadline if you wish.
